    Technical Troubles

    May 21, 2013 by Soalric

I'm writing this from a school computer, and it may be the last you hear from me for a while.

Last night, my computer's power cord died on me, and at the moment I have no means to obtain a new one; money supplies are tight right now, so I'm going to be offline for an extended period. At best, my absence will last no more than a couple of weeks. There's a chance, however, that it may drag on for longer.

I'm not retiring, I'm not dead, and I will return to you all eventually. May fate bring me back swiftly!

Good-bye for now, but not forever.

As I've already informed some of you, I'm going to be traveling tomorrow.  That means I will be offline until Thursday.  By then, I should be back with my beloved Internet! Just a quick heads up, so you don't think I disappeared off the edge of the planet.  See you next Thursday!

So, big news for today: one year ago, I uploaded my very first Downfall parody, and thus totally turned my channel around.  I've gone from having around ten subscribers to 314, and more importantly found a new "hobby" that has become much more than a hobby.  Best of all though, I found a great community of people and made new friends from all over the globe! I wish to thank my fans and my fellow Untergangers for their support, and I hope that this meme will continue strongly so that others can have the same experience that I have had. Long may the Antic Banner fly!

    Warner Bros. Being Jerks

    December 6, 2012 by Soalric

Warner Brothers reinstated one of their claims on my video "V for Verrat", and now it's blocked in both Germany and Japan.  The problem is, I've already tried appealing their claims, and if I try to dispute them, it becomes a serious legal action, which I can't afford to initiate.  So, I have two paths open to me:

    1. Leave the video as it is, and just lose out on the German and Japanese audiences, or
    2. Re-upload it with a watermark and hope the visuals are left alone.

Which path would be better, do you suppose?
