After Hitler bids farewell to the bunker members in the previous scene, and Traudl bumps into the Goebbels children, Magda Goebbels rushes from her room to Hitler's study room, which is now guarded outside by Günsche. She tells him that she needs to talk to the Führer, but Günsche declines her request, before Magda yells: "Please!". Behind her, Goebbels appears.
Günsche relents and knocks on the door three times, speaking to Hitler through the door that "Frau Goebbels is here". After a second knocking, Hitler opens the door. Immediately Magda falls to her knees, holds onto him and desperately begs him to change his mind over committing suicide and leave Berlin. Hitler then says that "Tomorrow, millions of people will curse me, but fate has taken its course". He then pushes the kneeling Magda to the floor prompting her to wail uncontrollably, as Eva Braun who is already sitting on the couch, looks on.
Günsche helps her up and out of the bunker corridor, and Hitler shuts the door. In the scene immediately after, Hitler commits suicide.
In Downfall Parodies
The scene is not very popular for use in parodies on its own. When it's used, it is almost always as a part of a larger story.
The scene has been used in a few parodies:
A parody, and another one depicting Magda giving Hitler a blowjob. (todo: find the first one)
One observed mondegreen in this scene is Magda saying "bitte!" sounding like "bitter", but no parody is known to incorporate it as yet. (todo: find it, it exists somewhere...)

Trivia
Magda Goebbels had a secret crush on Hitler, which may explain why she is the one pleading Hitler not to commit suicide and not anyone else.
