It's not a bug, it's a feature.

I think it's now a critical issue that need to be addressed immediately. The nickname section of the character infoboxes have bloated, but without citations it's becoming more and more unreliable.

Please note very carefully that the function of infoxes are only to summarize points that are in the article. The nicknames section has evidently become a loophole where people keep adding [uncited] names, but never cared to elaborate them in the main article.

Presently, the nicknames section contradicts official rules regarding citation/referencing and, more critically, the fundamentals of infoboxes.

Last night, my computer's power cord died on me, and at the moment I have no means to obtain a new one; money supplies are tight right now, so I'm going to be offline for an extended period. This article is about how the element of surprise can be used to make a parody more fun, and it's mostly dedicated to people who are in the beginning of their parody making. First of all I wanna point out that I'm not claiming to be an expert, and I don't always use this principle in my own parodies. Memo to the judges.  Hello my friends! As the New Year draws upon us with greater speed, it's time for several changes around here, especially to the UOTM. Besides, up until now, it has been rather unclear as to what role/s you judges should play in this competition. Well, all that is going to change.

With 2012 closing rapidly, it means a new season for the Parody of the Month Awards, and there will be some changes to it that I think most people will enjoy, plus it makes it a bit easier for me.

I would like to understand this sudden antagonism towards me.  I have done nothing against any untergangers. I've supported every new Unterganger that popped up out of the ground, I contributed heavily to the wikia, and helped those who needed advice or what have you to improve their craft.

So, big news for today: one year ago, I uploaded my very first Downfall parody, and thus totally turned my channel around.  I've gone from having around ten subscribers to 314, and more importantly found a new "hobby" that has become much more than a hobby.  Best of all though, I found a great community of people and made new friends from all over the globe! Warner Brothers reinstated one of their claims on my video "V for Verrat", and now it's blocked in both Germany and Japan.  The problem is, I've already tried appealing their claims, and if I try to dispute them, it becomes a serious legal action, which I can't afford to initiate.  So, I have two paths open to me:

1. Leave the video as it is, and just lose out on the German and Japanese audiences, or
2. Re-upload it with a watermark and hope the visuals are left alone.

Hello everyone!

The good news is that I'm no longer as busy as I was before, and I'm able to release slightly more parodies than I was before (meaning that the UOTM is no longer delayed as it was before). December's voting thread will be up on time, my collaboration project with HitchcockJohn is nearly complete, as is a new YouTube Poop, and so on.

It seems that I have successfully managed to break my computer, again... fragile 2.5in hard disk couldn't stand a little bit of rough treatment by me. I'll be going to a shop for repair tomorrow, and, depending on how long they will take to repair that hard disk and reinstalling Windows on it, I'll be out of the scene for at worst a week.

This would also mean that I won't be able to start the Halloween collab with TSU, DA and KT soon enough. I might even be forced to withdraw from the collab, depending on how the situation progresses. I'm terribly sorry guys.

So, I was hanging about in the unter-chat when mfaiz made the claim that using OBS is cliche. So I am curious, do other Untergangers find it cliche for parodies to use the OBS?

I don't see how that can be possible, after all the entire meme is based off that scene. To say that scene is cliche is to say the entire meme is cliche, and thus would mark the beginning of the end of this meme. I think what perhaps is was meant, and into this extent I agree, is that the usage of OBS singularly in parodies these days are tiresome, nothing too special about them, however it still holds importance and validity, in my opinion, when used in concert with other scenes.

A few days ago HRP posted on what seemed like how Constantin Film monetizing off a wide range of channels on YouTube, with HRP naturally topping the list.

As some of you may recall, I attempted to start my own spin-off parody series, Franco Parodies, however previously I had complications in doing so, however I just recently come up with a possible solution.

As a result, it is banned from the United States, the United Kingdom, and Canada. Rather than go through a dispute process, I'll simply re-upload it.
